• Experience developing executive-level reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current processes and SOPs.
• Conduct gap, root-cause, feasibility, and risk analyses.
• Recommend practical improvements.
• Develop project plans, dashboards, reports, and process maps.
• Track KPIs, risks, issues, and progress.
• Support change readiness and adoption.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate findings to diverse audiences.
