Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Performance Improvement lead in Greencastle, IN to drive loss-elimination initiatives in a Distribution Center using 5S, Six Sigma, and time studies. You’ll develop standard work and mentor area managers to sustain gains.

Responsibilities include KPI analysis, process mapping, and deploying Walmart Performance System playbooks across the network while aligning with company values and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Process Improvement or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads Process Improvement efforts using 5S, Six Sigma, and time studies to reduce losses in a Distribution Center.
• Uses Walmart Performance System (WPS) to drive KPI improvements and loss elimination.
• Develops standard work and supports deployment of WPS playbooks across teams.
