You will be responsible for building strong cross-department relationships, identifying gaps, and guiding the next stages of process optimization while maintaining a hands-on leadership presence in Norfolk.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in a general role.
• Manager-caliber judgment about when to elevate and absorb.
• Ability to translate Work Ethic concepts for a non-technical audience.
• Strong communication and willingness to own initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments
• Keep showing up for the Norfolk, VA work after the launch buzz fades
