Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement across warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations. You will partner with operations to identify opportunities, analyze data, and implement sustainable solutions that reduce waste and boost efficiency and customer service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering/Management/Accounting or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of functional knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and related continuous improvement.
• Experience with QAD, AOM, Hyperion and Oracle Applications in accounting.
• Knowledge of plant operations and its impact on accounting.
• Exposure to Transactional Lean & Six Sigma with preferred Six Sigma Champion/Green Belt.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Continuous Improvement teams on Six Sigma and Lean projects.
• Support Division and Corporate CI initiatives and share best practices.
• Lead projects with measurable improvement across facilities.
• Ensure training and resources are available for CI tools and methods.
• Validate performance results and sustain gains post-project.
• Contribute to long-range capital planning and site training.
• Guide Green Belts and Champions in effective team leadership.
