Job summary

INA Solution is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead continuous improvement efforts in our warehouse operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve throughput across distribution centers.

The role requires hands-on experience with WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI, plus the ability to spearhead CI, Kaizen, and DMAIC projects to deliver tangible operational gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
3+ years of warehouse/distribution or 3PL experience.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred).
Experience with WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
Ability to lead CI, Kaizen, DMAIC, and operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities
