Qualifications

• Undergraduate entering Junior or Senior year.
• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from a recognized accredited college or university.
• Record of high academic achievement (Minimum GPA 2.5, preferred GPA 3.0 or higher).
• Well‑rounded applicants with leadership roles in student organizations or extra‑curricular activities.
• Must be legally authorized to work full‑time in the country of hire without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment.
• Candidates must demonstrate leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, initiative, and problem‑solving skill.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, and training for continuous improvement software platforms.
• Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement, analyze data, and support process changes to boost safety, quality, efficiency and cost savings.
• Apply foundational Lean and Six Sigma tools—5S, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, Process Mapping and Visual Management—to streamline operations and eliminate production waste.
