Job summary

This onsite role reports to the Value Stream Manager and aims to improve manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of Lean Six Sigma experience in manufacturing, plus strong data analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience using continuous improvement tools with a Lean Six Sigma focus in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with statistical evaluation techniques and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and apply Lean Six Sigma principles to improve manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate improvement activities.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable Lean Six Sigma plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Train staff and lead Lean events and improvement projects.
• Develop and standardize continuous improvement tools and metrics.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma activities with cross-functional groups.
• Create and track annual improvement plans.
• Improve site operations (5S, material flow, Kanbans, etc.) to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
