DSJ Global is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence in a high-volume Charleston, WV production environment. You will lead CI events, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and mentor teams to improve throughput and quality.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering annual cost-reduction goals while fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
• 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or related methodologies.
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement events, including Kaizen initiatives, value stream mapping, loss elimination, and process optimization projects.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies cross functionally.
• Train and support employees on Lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, and best practices.
• Lead and execute projects that support annual operational improvement and cost reduction goals.
