Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials in the United States seeks a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office operations. You will develop and maintain the QMS, sustain ISO certifications, and partner with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain to improve product quality and process capability.

The role requires on-the-floor leadership, problem solving, and mentoring of quality personnel, with emphasis on COS, Lean, and Six Sigma, focusing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering with related coursework is required.
• Eight (8) years of progressively responsible processing experience, quality techniques, and supervision of technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant Quality Management System and quality programs on the production floor, lab, and warehouse.
• Maintain ISO certifications and ensure regulatory compliance and customer requirements.
• Drive COS, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield and reduce variation.
• Develop, implement, and improve quality standards, procedures, and problem-solving processes.
• Mentor quality personnel and manage budgets/resources to support business objectives.
