Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Business Unit COS Manager located remotely, preferably close to one of our EPS manufacturing plants. This role involves coordinating continuous improvement efforts, leading Kaizen events, and collaborating with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's in engineering. Occasional travel to Carlisle locations is required, anticipated to be 30-50% of the time.
