Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Process Innovation Coach 1 to drive Lean, Six Sigma and Innovation across Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams in Colorado. You will coach cross-functional groups, deploy Kaizen events, and strengthen daily management practices to reduce waste and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry related experience in engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to develop a continuous improvement culture.
• Field experience on construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute improvement, customer satisfaction, and productivity processes.
• Coach and lead teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Innovation using daily management and visualization.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to improve people, quality, material flow, and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis, Kaizen events, and deployment of process improvement methodologies.
