Sappi North America, Somerset Mill in Skowhegan (Maine), seeks an operational Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Associate Black Belt leader. You will drive high-value projects to reduce costs, train Green Belts, and partner with mill management to deliver sustained improvements.

The role requires a 4-year Engineering degree and 4+ years in the pulp and paper industry, with a track record in Lean Six Sigma project delivery and senior-management collaboration.

Formación

• 4 year degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of business experience in a pulp and paper industry.
• Proven Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt with project delivery.
• Ability to train and coach Green Belts and teams.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce variable and fixed costs.
• Train, mentor, and coach Green Belts and teams through project lifecycles.
• Partner with Somerset mill management and key stakeholders.
• Lead productivity reviews and manage the project pipeline.
• Provide training on process-improvement tools as required by leadership.
