Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree a plus.
• 5+ years of manufacturing shop supervisory experience.
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8-25 hourly employees, providing daily direction in multiple locations as needed.
• Coordinate shop production paper flow including timecards and reports.
• Track engineering changes and implement applicable ones.
• Implement and monitor employee safety methods and quality awareness.
• Handle special projects affecting shop methods or scheduling.
• Complete related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Ensure quality of work by all personnel.
• Work hands-on in the production process.
• Participate in Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Multitask and contribute to team results.
• Adhere to Driverge’s Core Values (LOVE IT).
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills in complex situations.
