Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead our facility with energy and precision. You will champion safety, drive Lean initiatives, and manage costs while ensuring strong operating performance and customer commitments.

You’ll coach teams on safe work practices, own the facility P&L, budgets, and production planning, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving safety, efficiency, and performance.
• Strong leadership instincts and commitment to people.
• Experience owning P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety: drive a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Lead continuous improvement: drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and standard work.
• Manage cost & efficiency: oversee materials, inventory, labor, and supply costs.
• Own financial performance: set and meet sales goals, budgets, margins, and planning.
• Deliver results: achieve fast lead times, quality control, and OTIF/CSI targets.
