Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in automotive manufacturing or operations.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups etc.).
• Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles including standard work and visual management.
• Drive continuous improvement via Kaizen, scrap reduction, and 5S.
• Lead production standards and quality control programs.
• Ensure efficiency and performance metrics are met.
• Manage direct reports to meet business goals and staffing needs.
• Support new production implementation.
• Promote safety and address safety attitudes.
• Develop staff and drive accountability across shifts.
