Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet customer specifications. This role supports our Bedding and foam products manufacturing in North Carolina, focusing on quality checks, lean processes, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and experience in a Lean manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail, safety, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; or equivalent.
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety and a clean, organized work area.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in 6S/Safety Committee and document minutes and action items.
• Monitor and measure product compliance to customer requirements to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Communicate the quality policy to all people at the facility.
• Ensure timely quality checks are performed per our quality plans.
• Make recommendations by notifying supervisor to correct problems affecting quality.
• Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until corrected.
• Verify the implementation of solutions.
• Conform to all Quality/Safety requirements and procedures.
• Keep a clean and orderly workplace.
• Participate in the Continual Improvement Process for manufacturing and business processes.
• Waste reduction training and awareness.
