You will coach others in daily work and drive a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives.

The hybrid role combines hands-on shop floor work with cross-functional collaboration and measurable cost savings, process improvements, and faster turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (1 to 3 years) of leading projects from initiation to completion.
• Hands-on lab environment exposure and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Formal training in project management or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to key laboratory departments to ensure quality, service delivery, and cost savings targets are met.
• Leads projects and working teams to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Owns the timeline, budget, and deliverables while guiding teams through challenges.
• Communicates with sponsors and stakeholders and manages expectations.
• Applies Lean principles to small to medium projects and mentors others.
