You will develop labor standards, perform time studies, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience in automotive or Tier 1 supplier.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and CI.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and manufacturing reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of Industrial Engineers and CI professionals.
• Establishes goals aligned with plant and corporate objectives.
• Manages workload and resource allocation across projects.
• Drives labor standards, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
