Dauch Corporation in Mebane, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineering Manager to lead a team of Industrial Engineers and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement at our Alamance Manufacturing Facility.

You will develop labor standards, perform time studies, and collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years manufacturing experience in automotive or Tier 1 supplier.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and CI.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and manufacturing reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops a team of Industrial Engineers and CI professionals.
• Establishes goals aligned with plant and corporate objectives.
• Manages workload and resource allocation across projects.
• Drives labor standards, line balancing, and capacity planning.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
