Job summary

United Safety & Survivability Corporation is seeking a Team Leader in Exton, PA to drive PSQDCC results through disciplined Lean deployment and a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a small team, coach for performance, and model the PASSION values on the shop floor.

The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with emphasis on standard work, Kaizen, and staff development. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of plant/general management experience.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement/lean tools to drive improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Professional working English communication skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours or overtime, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a culture aligned to United Safety PASSION values, by role-modelling behaviors and recognizing team contributions.
• Lead and develop teams to understand PSQDCC targets via the Lean Operating Model.
• Supervise the work of at least two employees.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements across the zone.
• Manage a zone budget in coordination with the Group Leader.
• Perform Daily Management and Standardized Work with Leader Standard Work.
• Drive monthly Kaizen implementation and MPAs development.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders for best zone outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
