Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with WorkKeys readiness and 4+ years of experience, with preference for those who have led a team before. This is an on-site role in Pelzer, SC.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years Experience.
• Preferred: Previous lead position experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
