Job summary

Marmon Utility is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing cell, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time production. You will train operators, monitor performance, and coordinate with planning to meet schedules while reducing downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a related technical degree, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–4 year degree in engineering or manufacturing technology preferred, but equivalent proven work experience will be considered.
• Strong conceptual/analytical skills, organizational ability, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and timely production in a high pace environment.
• Develop and track operator training and cross‑training as per planning.
• Coach and develop team members; monitor KPIs and productivity.
• Schedule adherence, material readiness, and reduction of downtime through efficient setups.
