Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma experience.
• ISO 9001/14001 experience.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity policies are followed.
• Assign, supervise, motivate, and evaluate employees.
• Coordinate production scheduling with management.
• Maintain production reports for raw, in-process, finished goods.
• Keep accurate records of employees’ positions, hours, attendance.
• Perform inspections and record results per laws.
• Investigate undesirable results in performance, safety, quality.
• Oversee orientation and training for new/existing staff.
• Direct completion of special projects with management.
• Administer disciplinary actions per policy.
• Perform essential and marginal duties for relief or emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
