Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct Team Leaders and manufacturing staff in assigned areas, driving safety, quality and productivity. The role emphasizes TPS-based standardization, cost control, and continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in manufacturing or related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience.
• Automotive industry experience and TPS/PEFF knowledge are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Function as a first-line supervisor over team leaders and team members.
• Plan staffing, monitor hours, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets; apply TPS and continuous improvement.
• Lead KPI development and maintain dashboards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication across shifts and departments.
