Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of electrical control systems assembly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve production-related issues.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities within assigned area to meet safety, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Assign work, establish priorities, and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and equipment.
• Work alongside team members to complete mechanical assembly and integration tasks.
• Verify work conforms to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to PCX Quality Management System and ISO 9001 standards.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment for personnel and equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly and production issues.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Assist Supervisor with staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
• Provide feedback for employee performance reviews and support coaching efforts.
• Maintain accurate records related to training, production, and inventory usage.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and positive working relationships across the department.
