Hubbell Incorporated in Boonton, NJ is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across assembly, test, inventory and material flow.

You will drive labor utilization, schedule attainment, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Planning, Materials, Engineering and Quality to meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean principles, SAP/MRP experience and a track record of delivering safe, efficient production.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising production teams in a high-mix environment.
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and SAP transactions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting tools.
