Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and ensure timely completion of plant goals and action plans.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency.
• Promote cost-saving initiatives.
• Create a work environment that emphasizes trust, teamwork, quality and safety.
• Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.
• Ensure regulatory compliance as appropriate.
