Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Production Function and coordinate daily operations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, QC during daily operation.
• Lead teams across Processing, Filling, CIP, and Sanitation to meet schedules.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP/OSHA safety standards are followed; maintain records and reports.
• Provide GMP trainings; monitor attendance and production reports.
• Drive improvements to meet KPIs and operational goals.
• Operate HMI or similar control systems as needed.
• Act as backup to department manager when absent.
