Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing production flow, labor balancing, and takt time.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge including 5S and continuous improvement.
• Strong quality systems understanding and collaboration with Quality teams.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts and adapt to priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental projects, teams, and production staff.
• Resolve production flow issues and expedite parts.
• Lead Daily Management Board and drive corrective actions.
• Balance daily labor and minimize indirect costs.
• Plan and schedule to meet takt times.
• Ensure parts and tools are delivered on time.
• Manage staffing, discipline, and development.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and a clean work environment.
• Coordinate cross-shift production activities.
• Drive continuous training and staff development.
