Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
• Coordinate communication between operations, engineering, production, purchasing, quality, and suppliers.
• Support inventory management and material tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with onboarding new procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Support audits and documentation for ISO or other quality systems.
• Respond to inquiries related to operational activities.
• Monitor KPIs: on-time completion, accuracy of reports, schedule adherence, improvement implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and delays/errors reductions
