Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Harrisonville, MO facility. This role leads plant operations to meet production, safety, quality and efficiency goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Supervisor provides leadership, implements SOPs, drives labor standardization, and supports continuous improvement of OEE to reduce costs and improve productivity. Onsite, 2-2-3 schedule, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience in the CPG industry.
• Experience in supply chain, distribution, or materials management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safe daily operations and production targets.
• Promote safety culture and ensure training compliance.
• Direct shift activities and processes to meet customer needs while driving continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager and cross-functional teams on staffing, materials, equipment, processes, and metrics.
• Manage timekeeping and employee development to build a capable workforce.
