Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Production Lead at its Sullivan, MO facility. You will assist the Value Stream/Production Manager to drive Lean operating systems, plan and monitor shift production, and control costs and quality. Shifts include 6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 10pm-6:30am.

You will coach teams on LEAN skills, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the value stream while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shift production and applying Lean principles.
• Ability to train staff on LEAN and 5-Why coaching.
• Commitment to safety, quality and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct STOP audits and safety inspections; track daily goals.
• Assign workers to stations and set daily production targets.
• Train employees on production roles and LEAN concepts.
• Lead LEAN and 5-Why continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support 6S audits and sustainment across shifts.
