Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Cleveland, NC is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee workflow at our facilities. You will coach teams, resolve issues and serve as a bridge between shop floor associates and upper management.

The role emphasizes planning manpower, supervising production area performance to meet quality, delivery and cost KPIs, and applying Lean/5S tools across operations. Onsite work required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required with 4 years related experience or 6 years of leadership in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work any shift and function in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily production needs.
• Supervise production area performance to achieve quality, delivery and cost KPIs.
• Promote Lean/5S and problem-solving across teams.
• Administer safety, procedures and housekeeping compliance.
• Support training and development of Team Leaders and staff.
• Contribute to plant strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
