Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Supervisory leader to oversee production workflows at our Cleveland, NC facility. You will coach teams, resolve issues, and serve as a liaison between shop floor and upper management.

The role focuses on manpower planning, process supervision, and driving Lean manufacturing initiatives to meet quality, delivery, and cost KPI targets. Relocation is not specified, and onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 4 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience leading teams in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic desktop applications.
• Ability to work any shift.
• Resume attachment required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily production needs.
• Supervise production area to achieve quality, delivery, and cost KPI targets.
• Implement Lean/TO System improvements and 5S across teams.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with policies.
