Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking a Production Control Planner – Scheduling in Columbus, Indiana. This on-site role focuses on creating and maintaining daily production schedules that align with customer delivery requirements while balancing capacity and flow.

The ideal candidate will have a related degree, experience in production control or scheduling, and familiarity with Heijunka, JIT, and TPS principles, plus strong analytical and Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with Production Control or Scheduling preferred.
• Familiarity with Heijunka, JIT, and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain daily production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Balance manufacturing capacity and production flow across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor schedule execution and adjust plans to respond to changes in priorities or materials.
• Maintain appropriate WIP levels and ensure system accuracy.
• Escalate issues and support recovery plans to minimize disruption.
