Job summary

Terex Corporation is seeking a Production Manager for the Huron facility. The role oversees a large manufacturing section, collaborates with the Director of Operations, and leads supervisors and teams in lean, quality-focused production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate good leadership to manage Production Supervisors and Teams in process adherence.
• Ability to lead people, pull teams together, develop people and lead independently.

• Manage a flow process aligned with lean concepts.
• Strong training skills and commitment to continuous improvement.
