Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of manufacturing experience.
• Welding, assembly and machine operating experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production orders and schedules team hours and materials.
• Plans production operations and prioritizes manufacturing processes.
• Investigates and resolves production issues to improve efficiency and quality.
• Inspects machines and interprets blueprints and job orders.
• Trains new team members and documents performance.
