Job summary

Our client in Long Island, NY seeks a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations with a continuous improvement mindset. You will identify process improvements, implement lean practices, and develop operational strategies across production, quality, safety and maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in production management within CPG manufacturing, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and proven experience managing supervisors. Relocation support may be available.

• Review and implement corrective actions to meet safety, quality and cost targets.
