Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a production supervisor in Denton to lead manufacturing teams under the PACCAR Production System. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements while coordinating material, equipment, and personnel resources.

The role requires Lean knowledge, strong leadership, and experience guiding high‑performance teams in a manufacturing setting. Expect shift work and opportunities for growth within a global truck manufacturing leader.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet PPS safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
• Manage production and maintenance activities to achieve plant goals.
• Coach teams on process improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure training and adherence to plant rules and procedures.
• Track performance metrics and drive corrective action plans.
• Oversee timekeeping and shift operations for hourly staff.
• Provide timely feedback and support to team members.
