Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing 8+ people.
• Ability to create quality and cost analysis.
• Must have HS Diploma/GED and pass background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety on the team and lead by example.
• Coach, train, and document team performance, disciplinary actions, hiring, training, and scheduling across departments.
• Operate all production machinery throughout the facility and rolling stock.
• Implement and maintain Quality Control Programs that meet high quality standards.
• Build communication bridges between departments for quality, production changes, and inventory planning.
• Monitor quality and correct issues when substandard conditions exist.
• Lead Lean improvements and training initiatives across the shift.
