Job summary

E-ONE, part of Terex Corporation, is seeking a Production Lead to support designated line cells, ensuring on-time indexing and continuous improvement. You will use lean tools, monitor takt time, and collaborate with the Production Supervisor and other departments to resolve issues and optimize labor utilization.

The role emphasizes hands-on support, adherence to standard work, and training new staff, contributing to safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet Manufacturing Tech Level II or equivalent.
• Must have work experience within the last 5 years in the area of interest.
• Demonstrated behavior of high quality work and high productivity.
• Not have received a written corrective action in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in indexing product to the next cell based on takt time.
• Monitor cell productivity and provide hands-on support to meet index time.
• Report variance in manpower vs. actual and assist in adjusting workflow.
• Work from shop orders, playbooks, red books, change orders, specs and instructions.
• Follow all Standard Work and complete required documentation.
• Lead Continuous Improvement activities and assist in training team members.
