Qualifications
- 7+ years in production/manufacturing with 2+ in supervision.
- Lean manufacturing/CI expertise.
- Proficiency with ERP and inventory systems; MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor production staff to meet targets safely.
- Schedule and prioritize orders with planning team for on-time delivery.
- Implement quality controls to minimize defects.
- Allocate resources to optimize output.
- Ensure safety protocols and training are followed.
- Drive CI projects to improve processes and efficiency.
- Mentor teams on lean principles and problem solving.
- Monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory.
- Record production metrics and analyze data for decisions.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve issues.
