Job summary

DIRTT Environmental Solutions in Savannah, GA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the metal manufacturing team, coordinating daily operations and driving efficiency. You will mentor staff, ensure safety and quality, and partner with planning to meet on-time delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role that values continuous improvement and data-driven decisions. You bring at least 7 years in production with 2+ in supervision, knowledge of Lean and CI, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a production/manufacturing environment with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Deep understanding of CI and Lean Manufacturing or similar OpEx frameworks.
• Proficiency in production processes, quality control, and lean principles.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor production staff to meet targets while upholding safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production planning to schedule orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure product quality.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize production output.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production metrics and analyze data for decision making.
