Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years using lean manufacturing principles in the automotive supply industry preferred.
• 1-5 years in a related technical field or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours (1:45 pm - 10 pm Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintains production equipment for optimum performance.
• Identifies and eliminates sources of downtime through analysis.
• Improves manufacturing processes after program launch.
