• Pursuing a degree in one of the listed concentrations.
• Open availability to work 40 hours/week during the summer or 20–32 hours/week during the academic year.
• Desire to pursue a management/operations career.

Responsibilities

• Work on Lean/Continuous Improvement, Safety, SOP writing, process improvement, quality, efficiency projects.
• Develop stronger organizational, communication and time management skills through hands-on management experience.
