Job summary

Menards is offering a 12-week paid Management Internship at our Eau Claire Distribution Center. The program runs roughly May 2026 to August 2026, placing you with a department to learn from an experienced management team and gain hands-on experience.

You will be part of a paid internship designed to develop future leaders, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic distribution environment and building critical management skills for a retail operations career.

Qualifications

• Within THREE semesters of graduation and pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Open availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Desire to pursue a management career and enthusiasm to succeed.

The Management Internship is a 12-weeks PAID hands-on training experience at our Eau Claire Menards Distribution Center. This internship will run approximately May 2026 – August 2026. If selected for the Program, you will be placed in one of our departments to work directly with an experienced management team. They will teach you the necessary skills to be successful with Menards Distribution Center. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience.

Skills/Requirements

To qualify for the Management Internship, you must be within THREE semesters of graduation and pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the below concentrations. Additionally, you must have open availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer, and have a desire to pursue a management career. You must possess enthusiasm and the drive to be successful!
