Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• US citizenship is required.
• Must pass a medically supervised drug screen and background check.
• Must be enrolled full-time at a college or university.
• Must have completed Freshman year prior to start.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for 8 consecutive weeks May–Sept 2027.
• Must establish housing and reliable transportation for duration.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Six Sigma projects in Groton and surrounding areas.
• Assist Continuous Improvement teams with data gathering and analyses.
• Help reduce lead times, improve quality, lower costs, and enhance safety.
• Learn and apply foundational Lean Six Sigma tools on real manufacturing challenges.
