Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0–2 years related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing production, labor, and process data to improve workflow, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Observe manufacturing operations and document current processes, work balance, and sequence of operations.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and document changes.
  • Assist with time studies, motion analysis, and standardized work reviews.
  • Assist manufacturing, maintenance, and production teams with technical and analytical support for day‑to‑day operational issues.
  • Support plant layout activities using AutoCAD.
