Qualifications

• Experience leading Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or operational excellence initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Lean tools: Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.
• Strong Excel/Office skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across levels.
• Self-motivated with ability to independently drive projects and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizen events and value stream initiatives to drive measurable business results.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, supply chain and leadership to eliminate waste.
• Coach and mentor employees on Lean principles and problem solving.
• Analyze performance data and apply Lean methods to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Develop standard work, visual management, and process documentation.
• Champion a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
