Job summary

Evenflo is seeking a Process Engineer to lead continuous improvement across our manufacturing lines in Ohio. You will design and optimize processes, test control systems, and collaborate with Product Engineers on new product development and pilot runs.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5–7 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on Lean tools, process optimization, and automation integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 5–7 years of engineering experience preferred.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Strong ability to lead continuous improvement events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
• Automate systems and program new and existing automation hardware.
• Design equipment layouts and plan upgrades for efficiency.
• Test, debug, and validate control systems on equipment.
• Lead in process optimization to improve efficiency and safety.
