Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, science, supply chain or business required; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering; energy sector experience preferred.
• Exposure to IT or digital programs is a plus, not a requirement (ERP, vendor management).
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly inquisitive, organized and detail-oriented.
• Teamwork oriented with ability to mentor others.
• Results driven and adaptable to a changing environment.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic procurement and capital decisions.
• Perform market research to assess supply and demand factors for client strategies.
• Support bidding and pricing analyses for large capital projects and IT/digital programs.
• Use WoodMac tools to analyze spend, build cost models and forecast escalation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to design and implement supply chain strategies.
• Mentor Consultants and QA/QC on deliverables across projects.
• Develop client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
